On-site and walk-in services
Foxtrot Systems offers a wide array of installation, configuration and troubleshooting technical services.
Walk-in repair service. Typical problems that we troubleshoot include spyware, adware and virus infestations, hardware failures, and hardware upgrades gone awry.
We have a complete computer troubleshooting and repair shop here at our Minneapolis offices. We have invested thousands of dollars to acquire a robust mix of troubleshooting and diagnostic tools, and we have a large stock of components. Foxtrot Systems has the training and skills, diagnostic hardware and software, and inventory to quickly diagnose and fix almost any notebook, server or workstation computer.
On-site computer repair (warranty and out-of-warranty). Customers who purchase one of our custom PCs or servers have the choice of 1- or 3 year support plans, and send-in or on-site plans. Foxtrot controls the entire buying and servicing experience, from the original assembly to the on-site support work; no contractors and no handoffs to other repair techs. There are very few other computer makers or servicers out there that can say they are capable of both.
