Foxtrot Systems' Managed IT Service is a complete IT management program to keep our customers focused on running their business.
Network and Server Monitoring We have a small piece of software that we load on all servers and PCs, that allows us to monitor the health of each of the computers, as well as the networking and client-server infrastructure as a whole.  When pre-set error or warning conditions are triggered, our trained staff jumps to action to remedy the problem, often before you even know there is a problem.   End-user Help Desk End-users can interact directly with trained Foxtrot staff.  Users can click an icon and request support through our dedicated online portal.  Tickets are logged and tracked through the portal, and our techs can respond to the tickets by phone or e-mail, or through a remote control session (Foxtrot can see and control your computer as you watch).   Vendor Management Beyond software and monitoring, we also serve as a trusted technical advisor who can help you communicate with and manage your other IT-related vendors.  We can help troubleshoot web pages with your web host, or communicate problem details with a software vendor, or work with your T1 provider to troubleshoot connection issues.
Other Features Since we're actively monitoring all these things, of course we can also report to you about their status.  We can schedule periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) e-mailed reports, and/or give you a web portal to login and view the status real-time. You too can have remote access to your systems, using a special login created just for you.  Work from home, shadow users, and much more.
