• We offer a consultative approach to purchasing notebooks.  We have hundreds of different notebook models available for purchase, so the result is a better match for your needs.

• Our notebooks are business-ready, not consumer models.  Notebooks we sell will come pre-installed with Windows XP Pro or Vista Business.  You won't find large amounts of entertainment software (iTunes, jukeboxes, etc.) that you don't want or need; just business apps to help you use technology to enhance your productivity.

• Do you have an old notebook to trade in?  We might be able to get you credit toward the purchase of your new notebook.

• We will install additional software at your request.  We're more than happy to get Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat installed and set up for you, so you can start working right away.

• We can move your data for you.  If you have files on your old system that need moving to the new one, we can do that at your request.

• We support what we sell.  Have a problem or question?  Call us up, and we'll lend a hand - no phone queues, calls to Bangalore, or indifferent techies.  Sometimes we may have to call in the manufacturer to deal with your problem, but we will help with that as well.
