We have a Microsoft Exchange 2007 server, hosted in our own data center, and made securely available to organizations from one e-mail address, up to hundreds.
Here is a rundown of what you get:
- Full support of custom domains. We can facilitate registration of new domain names (registration fees apply).
- Public folders. We can create a shared folder for all your mailboxes, or just certain ones.
- Built-in spam filtering
- Includes Outlook 2007 (upon request)
- 2-way wireless sync with your smartphone (Windows Mobile, BlackBerry, iPhone, Symbian and Palm supported)
- Supports mailbox size up to 8GB each (recommended no more than 2GB for performance's sake)
- Daily message-level backups
- Customized mailbox and folder sharing. We can permit full visibility of one user's mailbox by another user. This is handy for assistants making appointments for executives.
- Rich webmail access to all mailbox content via web portal
