Foxtrot is dedicated to "perfecting business computing."  As much as that focuses us on providing superior solutions through technology, we also understand that it means nothing if we let things fall through the cracks, use belittling "geek speak", or generally leave our customers anything but highly satisfied with the solutions we have provided.  To this end, we have a very few, but important, principles that guide us in our interaction and relationship with our customers.

• We focus on creating and nurturing a long-term customer relationship.  It is our hope that you choose Foxtrot for the lifetime of your business, and that you will trust our staff as trusted business advisors for any computer technology-related question or issue.
• We offer a very simple satisfaction guarantee, and we stand by it.  Ensuring that our customer is satisfied with each contact with Foxtrot is simple common sense to us.

Effective Communication

• No "geek speak."  We take into account that most of the people we deal with are not immersed in technology all day like we are, and we make every attempt to simplify the concepts and make the decision points clear for our customers.
• We have no "mystery hours" on our invoices.  We will spell out exactly what we intend to do beforehand in a scope-of-work document, and each line of the final invoice will tie out to that scope document.

Innovation

• We are continually investing in researching the latest and most advanced technologies for our customers.  We never assume we have the perfect solution but rather continue to seek a better answer and view technological perfection as a continual process of improvement.
• We are a completely independent technology company.  There is no "man behind the curtain" pulling our strings and telling us what kinds or brands of products to sell.
• We are constantly exploring open source technologies and the world of possibilities that are opened up by Linux and related technologies.  If one of them is the right answer for a particular customer need, we will only suggest it if it's been thoroughly tested and vetted personally by our staff.
